“How long will my order take to reach me?”
As this is a solo run boutique, please allow for standard shipping times unless otherwise notified. 

“Do you ship outside of the US?”
Unfortunately no, not at this time. Poems are available world wide for download, but products are shipped in US only.

“What if my poem won’t download, or there is an error in the poem?” 
Please contact me privately at contact@loveyousunshine.com for any issues related to downloads, OR for personalization requests. 

“Do you do custom orders?”
If you would like a customized poem, please contact me at contact@loveyousunshine.com to discuss further. All other products sold will specify in description whether or not customization is available. 

“How do I return a product?”
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me at contact@loveyousunshine.com to discuss returning your item. All customers are responsible for carefully packaging, labeling, including receipt or confirmation from original purchase, and returning broken or damaged items. Please provide proof that item was damaged or broken. Please allow for 7-10 business days for the refund to appear, once you have contacted me and we have discussed the return process.
